DAN DUVAL (vibraphone) – Dan was introduced to the vibraphone at the age of ten by his father. A performer from the age of 13, he studied music at both Mt. Hood Community College & Western Washington University. Dan’s musical approach to the instrument was revolutionized during an intense week of instructional sessions with vibraphone legend Gary Burton, who inspired him to discover the unlimited musical possibilities of a seemingly limited percussive instrument.
Dan has performed with Marc Seals, Scott Reeves, Dave Peterson, Doug Ostgard, Rich Cole, Moyes Lucas Jr., Cary Black, Michael Powers, Milo Petersen, Darin Clendenin, Clipper Anderson, Mark Ivester, Eric Verlinde, Josh Rowlings, Evan Flory-Barnes, Chuck Kistler, Jeff Johnson, Brad Buck, Mark Lewis, Danny Kolke and Greg Williamson. Dan is the leader of the Good Vibes Quartet, whose first CD Badlands Express was released in winter 2017.
TED ENDERLE (bass) is originally from Philadelphia where he studied double bass with noted jazz bassist Al Stauffer and with Roger Scott, principal bassist with the Philadelphia Orchestra. Ted is one of the Olympic Peninsula's busiest jazz bassists, and has performed on both coasts of the US with musicians that include Larry McKenna, Chuck Anderson, Darryl Brown, Hadley Caliman, Art Foxall and Paul Moen.
